Olixir is an organic extra virgin olive oil of variety Hojiblanca produced in Priego de Cordoba (Cordoba, Spain). Oil balanced with aromas of green olive, tomato, leaf green. Its slightly spicy and sour with finishing touches or herbs and green fruit. Olixir have organic certification by USDA under the NOP (National organic program) quality standards and CAAE (Andalusian Committee for Organic Farming)
Organic is a labeling term that indicates that the food or other agricultural product has been produced through approved methods that integrate cultural, biological, and mechanical practices that foster cycling of resources, promote ecological balance, and conserve biodiversity. Synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, irradiation, and genetic engineering may not be used.
Olixir is packaged in opaque dark glass of 0.5 liters to preserve the quality and properties of the oil. Label has been vitrified in the glass to give a luxury touch to the bottle. The bottle is provided with a spillway inside the shutter that will appear when stopper is open.
